This we’re gonna start things off extra crunky- yes, I said crunky, not crunchy. If it’s not a term already, it should be. Besides, it’s the best way to describe this first mix from Ohio producer Yheti. Featuring a full 17 unreleased original tracks from Yheti, the mix demonstrates the finer side of bass music, drifting between hard-hitting trap beats, light foot-tapping trill, and of course beautiful fusions.
Next we have a perfect mix to get you in the right mind-state to combat any Monday blues you might be experiencing. Amani, one half of Desert Dwellers, has just unveiled a live recording of his recent set at Luminate Festival in New Zealand. The mix certainly provides insight into Amani’s contributing artistic elements to the Desert Dwellers project, but it also takes your ear drums much further down the rabbit hole that is Amani’s mind, dipping into a plethora of ambient sound essence, heart-lifting melodic beats, all twisting in plenty of influence from various corners of world music.

Closing us out this week is another laid-back one. This mix comes from upcoming West Coast DJ Mister Blakq, and all in all, can be described simply as an immersion of blissful sound. The entire mix carries through so perfectly, flawlessly and smoothly, it’s nearly impossible (seriously, go ahead and try) to not finish this mix out in one session once it’s settled into your ears.
