The Summer is passing by far too quickly, but there’s still plenty of great music and epic experiences to suck out of the remaining warm months. The coming of August unfortunately means Summer is winding down, but the positive is that the month is also jam packed with countless wondrous events, including Wild Woods Music & Arts Festival in Croydon, New Hampshire.
With a music lineup that entangles delightfully funky bands, and psychedelically inspired electronic producers, Page Farm will sink deep into a fog of unmistakably earth-shaking grooves from August 14th to 16th. Headliners Ott, Kung Fu and The Werks set the base for a brilliantly eclectic and skillful collection of performers. Ott stands to represent the pinnacle of intelligent electronic music, thoughtful production and avant-garde composition, trickling his tentacles down to other Wild Woods 2015 performers Space Jesus, Schlang, and Lespecial among others. Meanwhile, Kung Fu and The Werks are quickly on the rise as two of the Northeasts most promising jam acts, further joined by Consider the Source, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, The Hornitz, and plenty more upcoming jam acts.
The entertainment at Wild Woods far from ends with the music, however. A full workshop schedule has also been announced, including sessions on music production, wire wrapping, tai chi, painting, and natural healing methods. Interactive performers will wander the festival grounds throughout the weekend from start to finish, covering everything from fire dancing to flow arts. Of course, willing patrons will be encouraged to join and participate in these performances at appropriate times.
Nestled deep in the lush forests of New Hampshire, Wild Woods Music & Arts Festival has plenty of sprawling shaded glens and rolling meadows, and of course, spectacular music, to kick back and open the ears to.
