CloZee has made quite a splash in the electronic music community within the past year. She’s been keeping things alive much longer than that, but an opening spot for Tipper in Chicago last fall to kick off her first U.S. tour coupled with an appearance at Great North Music & Arts Festival was an exceptional jump start. Needless to say, a successful tour was soon to follow.

The French producer has been keeping the momentum going with equal success, churning out mind-boggling live sets with ease and consistency. Now, CloZee is back with her Revolution EP on Gravitas Recordings, a perfect addition to her personal production catalog following releases on OTODAYO Records and Waxhole Records. Boasting the funk and even subtly jazz-driven sound we’ve come to attach to the CloZee name, the EP sways between melodic moments and contorted crunchy bass. The release is thickly musical in a classical sense, delving deep into nostalgic samples and intricate instrumental loops.
